Refund policy

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your SprayEasy, you can request a return within [30] days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Items must be unused or lightly used, in their original condition and packaging.
- Because the brush is a personal hair-care item, we may decline returns of items that show heavy use or damage caused by the customer.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email [TU EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within one business day with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
3. Ship the item with a tracked service and keep your tracking number until your refund arrives.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover everything. Email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

REFUNDS
