Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
- Processing: [1-3] business days. We prepare and pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery: [7-15] business days. Counted from the moment your parcel ships, not from when you place the order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods such as Black Friday and December can add time. If your order has had no tracking movement for 20 business days, email us and we will investigate or refund you.

WHAT IT COSTS
Free standard shipping on every order.

TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel ships. You can also follow it on our Track your order page: https://sprayeasyv.com/pages/track-your-order. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show its first scan.

DUTIES AND TAXES
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. There are no customs charges or import fees collected on delivery for US orders.

WRONG ADDRESS, MISSING PARCELS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
- Address errors: please check your address before confirming. Once an order has entered processing we usually cannot change it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will refund the items but not the original shipping cost.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with your household and neighbours, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, email us and we will help.
- Multiple items: orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost.
